How we start
A visit, a quote and the key.
Week one · ninety minutes
Diagnostic visit
We spend ninety minutes at the home looking at its condition, the installations, the current lease and the accounts. Then we give you a six-page report with the real net rent.
After the visit
Fixed quote
We send you in writing what we propose, what is not included and what it costs, with two options at most. We go through it together in a twenty-minute meeting.
Ten to fifteen days
Activation
We do the photo inventory, log the keys and set up your owner profile. On Delegate, we also put together the home’s lookbook.
Every month
Management
We handle viewings, the guest, incidents and suppliers according to your plan. From Manager up you get the report every month.
FAQ
What people usually ask us.
We respond within two hours, send the on-call supplier and, if it’s an emergency, authorise up to €750 without asking you, and we let you know.
The photo record of how the home is set up, with every piece in its place, so we can return it the same way after each stay.
No. We don’t offer guaranteed rent or lease subrogation today. What protects your income is rent default insurance: we introduce you to an insurer and coordinate the policy.
Yes. The contract starts with three months with no lock-in and then runs month to month, with thirty days’ notice. The exit terms are written into your quote.
