Company Group Kybernes, S.L.U. trades under the brands Kybernes Group, Kybernes Real Estate, Kybernes Tech, Kybernes Hotels and Kybernes Pulse. All of them are trade names of the same company. This legal notice applies to kybernesgroup.com, realestate.kybernesgroup.com, tech.kybernesgroup.com, hotels.kybernesgroup.com and pulse.kybernesgroup.com (the "Site").

2. Purpose and acceptance

This notice governs access to and use of the Site. By browsing it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Site is for information: it presents Kybernes’ services and lets you get in touch and ask for a personalised quote. No service is contracted through the Site and the Site does not publish prices: every service is quoted individually and contracted in writing, through a signed proposal and contract. Asking for a quote does not oblige you to sign.

3. What Kybernes Real Estate does

Kybernes Real Estate manages homes let on seasonal or residential terms and provides services to owners, guests, buyers, investors, owners’ associations and companies. It does not manage holiday lets. When a client buys a home, Kybernes supports the purchase; the brokerage is carried out by an agent registered with the Catalan Register of Real Estate Agents (RAIC) with whom we work. Kybernes does not act as a lawyer, tax adviser or licensed property administrator.

Kybernes Pulse, another brand of the company, designs and coordinates selection and assessment processes; psychometric tests and reports are carried out and signed by psychologists registered with the Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya. Company Group Kybernes, S.L.U. is not a healthcare centre and does not provide clinical psychology services.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site’s content (texts, images, logos, design, code, downloadable documents, videos) belongs to Company Group Kybernes, S.L.U. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996) and by Law 17/2001 on Trade Marks.

The brands, trade names and logos Kybernes Group, Kybernes Real Estate, Kybernes Tech, Kybernes Hotels, Kybernes Pulse, Metis and KYOS belong to Company Group Kybernes, S.L.U..

You may view, print and download the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, database extraction, use to train artificial intelligence systems) requires Kybernes’ prior written permission.

Third-party brands mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

5. Photographs

The ambient photographs on the Kybernes Real Estate website come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. They are illustrative: they do not show homes managed by Kybernes Real Estate.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: introduce viruses or harmful code; try to access restricted areas or other users’ data; carry out large-scale automated extraction of content; use the forms to send unsolicited communications or unlawful content; impersonate anyone else.

Kybernes may suspend or restrict access to the Site for maintenance or security reasons without prior notice.

7. Links

The Site contains links to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp or LinkedIn). Kybernes does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, operation or privacy policies; we recommend reading them before using them.

You may link to the Site provided the link leads to the home page or to a specific page without a frame, does not suggest that Kybernes endorses the linking site and is not used from sites with unlawful content. Kybernes may ask for any link to be removed.

8. Liability

Kybernes tries to keep the Site’s information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is at all times or that the Site is free of errors or interruptions. The information published (services and descriptions of method; the Site does not publish prices) is not a contractual offer or legal, tax or technical advice; the terms of each service are those of the contract signed. Examples, simulations and calculators on the Site are illustrative.

Kybernes is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site or inability to use it, from linked third-party content, or from viruses or other harmful elements that may affect your device, except where and to the extent the law imposes such liability.

9. Commercial communications

Kybernes only sends commercial emails to people who have requested or expressly authorised them, or to existing clients about services similar to those contracted, with the option to object in every message (art. 21 LSSI). Messages are identified as such and state the sender.

10. Changes

Kybernes may change this notice at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site with its date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
