A clean, checked home, someone to meet you at the door and one person who answers throughout your stay, from a few weeks to several years, in the homes we look after in Barcelona. You ask for extra services in writing and each one has a fixed quote.

Before you move in
Professional cleaning, freshly laundered bed linen and the home checked: air conditioning, hot water and electrics.
On the day you arrive
In-person check-in. We show you round, sign the condition record together and hand you the logged keys and the welcome pack.
During your stay
A phone number and support hours in writing, at any hour in homes on the Delegate plan. You can also report incidents with a photo from the KYOS app.
If you want more
Kybernes Clean (weekly cleaning), Kybernes Clothes (bed linen and towel laundry, with pick-up and delivery), concierge and help settling in with your family: registration, NIE, schools and utilities.
At move-out
In-person check-out and comparison with the move-in record.
Good to know
- We host on seasonal or residential terms. We don’t do nightly holiday lets.
- If your company pays for the stay, we invoice the company.
- Every extra service comes with a fixed quote before we start.
