A surveyor checks the condition and the installations. We do a valuation with comparables so you know whether the price makes sense.
The paperwork
With your lawyer we review the land registry extract, charges, planning and the owners’ association. We coordinate NIE, bank account, notary and gestoría.
After you buy
Utilities, refurbishment and furniture. If you are going to let it, a management plan.
