Custodian is the plan for Barcelona owners who look after the guest themselves during the stay. We are at the home when the guest arrives and when they leave. You sign up after a diagnostic visit, with a fixed quote.

How we start
A visit, a quote and the key.
Week one · ninety minutes
Diagnostic visit
We spend ninety minutes at the home looking at its condition, the installations, the current lease and the accounts. Then we give you a six-page report with the real net rent.
After the visit
Fixed quote
We send you in writing what we propose, what is not included and what it costs, with two options at most. We go through it together in a twenty-minute meeting.
Ten to fifteen days
Activation
We do the photo inventory, log the keys and set up your owner profile. On Delegate, we also put together the home’s lookbook.
Every month
Management
We handle viewings, the guest, incidents and suppliers according to your plan. From Manager up you get the report every month.

What people usually ask us.
You do. On Custodian, the owner handles incidents. If you would rather we did it, Manager covers office hours and Delegate any hour.
No. Cleaning and laundry before each move-in are booked separately, with a fixed quote. On Manager and Delegate they are included.
Yes. After the first three months the contract runs month to month. If you want a different plan, we send you the new quote in writing first.
Yes. The contract starts with three months with no lock-in and then runs month to month, with thirty days’ notice. The exit terms are written into your quote.
With a ninety-minute diagnostic visit at the home. After the visit we send you a fixed quote in writing, and activation takes ten to fifteen days.
